      FYLLO F8 SUBSCRIPTION PROMOTION

      So what do I actually get?
      • We ship you a fyllo f8 Coffee machine and depending on the machine, 100 capsules or 108 ESE pods every month for a year. 
      And how long is the subscription again?
      • 12 months or a full year from your initial sign up. 
      Can I cancel before that?
      • No sorry! You need to see out the full 12 months.
      • You cannot skip shipments.
      When do you charge me?
      • Every month from when you signed up.
      • You cannot skip or delay shipments without prior approval.
      What if I need to change my address or card details?
      • Just log on an update your account details under Manage My Subscription.
      • Some functions like skip and delay shipments are subject to prior approval. If you do not receive prior approval then the changes will be reversed as per original contract.
      What if I’m going through my coffee really slow - can I delay the next shipment?
      • Just log on an update your account details under Manage My Subscription
      But what if I don’t want to roll over and cancel instead?
      • Just email or call us at the end of your subscription and we’ll cancel your subscription for you. 
      I get to keep the fyllo f8 though?
      • Yes 100%. At the end of the 12 monthly shipment your own the machine.

      TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

      Eligibility:
      • The fyllo f8 promotion is open to Australian customers with a limit of one per household. Eligible customers may not vary the terms of the agreement.
      fyllo f8:
      • The fyllo f8 will be supplied during the promotion. You must purchase the fyllo f8 over 12 months which is inclusive within the $100 monthly subscription fee – total cost $1200 (inc. GST). If you wish to terminate the subscription prior to the conclusion of the full 12 months an early termination fee of $250 (inc. GST) will be charged. The fyllo f8 will remain the property of Kaffeina Group until the full subscription is paid, or the early termination fee is paid by the customer at which point ownership will transfer to the customer.
      Coffee:
      • The fyllo f8 does include a monthly delivery (12 in total) of 100 capsules or 108 ESE pods (depending on the machine) over 12 months. Delivery is  NOT included within the $100 Monthly Subscription fee. If the customer elects to pay the early termination fee prior to the conclusion of the 12-month subscription, the supply of coffee will be terminated upon notification from the customer.
      Payment:
      • A Direct Debit payment will be processed through our site against your selected credit card of $100 per month over a 12-month period – total cost $1200 (inc GST), defined as the subscription fee. You cannot skip or delay shipments without prior approval.
