Coffee Subscription Terms and Conditions

These Subscription Terms apply in addition to the Kaffeina Group Standard Terms and Conditions.

1. Deliveries & Billing

  • Your favourite coffee will arrive automatically at the frequency and quantity you’ve chosen — no need to reorder each time.

  • Your credit card will be charged with each recurring coffee delivery, plus shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

  • Prices may be adjusted automatically if supplier or market price increases occur.

  • Price Increases: (excludes Machines on a Plan ) There are no notifications prior to an order being created. If you do not wish to proceed with an order at the new price, you may contact us before the order is shipped and we will:

    • cancel that order,

    • cancel your subscription, and

    • refund the payment for that order.

2. Flexibility (Coffee-Only Subscriptions)

  • Total freedom — you can change, modify, pause, or cancel your coffee subscription anytime through your account page.

  • You can also update your coffee selections whenever you like, so you’re always getting the blends you love.

  • Coffee subscriptions can’t be combined with other offers.

3. Contract Term & Cancellation

  • If you end a fixed-term subscription early, cancellation fees may apply.

  • These are usually equal to any discounts received as part of the subscription.

4. Machines on a Plan

  • If your subscription includes a coffee machine supplied on a plan, different rules apply.

  • Early cancellation will incur fees, typically equal to the value of discounts, rebates, or equipment provided as part of the plan.

5. Stock & Fulfilment

  • All subscriptions are subject to product availability — while supplies last, no rainchecks.

  • If a product is out of stock, your order will be delayed until it is available.

  • Partial shipments are not permitted. If part of your subscription is unavailable, the full order will be held until complete.

6. Program Changes

  • Subscription terms and benefits may change from time to time.

  • By joining the subscription program, you agree to these terms, including receiving recurring coffee deliveries.
