1. Your deliveries will automatically continue at the frequency and quantity you've specified.

2. Your credit card will be charged with each recurring coffee delivery, plus shipping and handling and applicable taxes.  

3. You can customize your program by changing your coffee selections through your account page.

4. Subscription program terms and benefits are subject to change. By joining this subscription program, you agree to all terms and conditions including receiving recurring coffee deliveries.

5. If you terminate your subscription before the contract term, you may be liable for cancellation fees. Typically cancellation fees will be the equivalent of any discount that was offered as part of the subscription.

6. Prices subject to change. Cannot be combined with another offer. While supplies last.

• Be be registered on the Kaffeina group website.

Participating products are subject to availability. Kafefina may elect not to offer a Participating Product should it become unavailable.

COFFEE MACHINE SUBSCRIPTION PLANS.
To subscribe, you must:

• Go to the Website, click on the link to sign up to the subscription plan; and
• Complete the subscription plan registration form and agree to the terms and conditions of subscription.

Monthly Fee: Your  subscription plan has a fixed cost which will be charged to you once a month for 12 months during the Term. The fixed cost is dependent on the plan that you sign up to and is outlined below. 

The following subscription plans are available for consumers to choose from:

1. Y3.2 Plan:

• SUBSCRIBE TO THIS 12 MONTH PLAN FOR $84 PER MONTH FOR COFFEE AND $15 A MONTH FOR MACHINE SUBSCRIPTION. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A TOTAL OF $99 A MONTH FOR 12 MONTHS.
  SELECT 84 CAPSULES A MONTH TO BE DELIVERED MONTHLY EVERY MONTH FOR 12 MONTHS.
• QTY 1 FRANCIS FRANCIS Y3.2 IPERESPRESSO MACHINE - Black
• 12 monthly shipments of 84 capsules of your choice.
• A $299.00 plus $20 a month for outstanding contract cancelation fee applies if cancellation occurs before 12 months.

2. X7.1 Plan:

• SUBSCRIBE TO THIS 12 MONTH PLAN FOR $84 PER MONTH FOR COFFEE AND $25 A MONTH FOR MACHINE SUBSCRIPTION. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A TOTAL OF $109 A MONTH FOR 12 MONTHS.
  SELECT 84 CAPSULES A MONTH TO BE DELIVERED MONTHLY EVERY MONTH FOR 12 MONTHS.

• 12 monthly shipments of 84 capsules of your choice.
• A $299.00 plus $20 a month for outstanding contract cancelation fee applies if cancellation occurs before 12 months plus $20 a month for outstanding contract.

3. Y5 Milk Plan:

• SUBSCRIBE TO THIS 12 MONTH PLAN FOR $84 PER MONTH FOR COFFEE AND $30 A MONTH FOR MACHINE SUBSCRIPTION. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A TOTAL OF $114 A MONTH FOR 12 MONTHS.
• SELECT 84 CAPSULES A MONTH TO BE DELIVERED MONTHLY EVERY MONTH FOR 12 MONTHS.

• YOU RECEIVE
• QTY 1 FRANCIS FRANCIS Y5 Milk IPERESPRESSO MACHINE - Black.
• 12 monthly shipments of 84 capsules of your choice.
• A $599.00 cancelation fee applies if cancellation occurs before 12 months.

The Monthly Fee is to be paid by credit card for 12 consecutive months during the Term. The subsequent Monthly Fees will be payable every month on the same day of the month as when your subscription was activated.

Termination Fee: If you terminate before you have paid all 12 Monthly Fees, you will be required to pay a Termination Fee. To terminate the subscription before the Term you must contact our Customer Relationship Centre on 03 9353 6300.

The Termination Fee depends on the plan that you choose and will be the value of the machine.

• Y3.2 = $299 plus $20 a month for outstanding contract.
• X7.1 = $299 plus $20 a month for outstanding contract.
• Y5 Milk = $599

Subscription Roll-Over

After the 12 month Term, your subscription plan will automatically roll on a month-to-month basis. Kaffeina reserves the right to continue payments of the initial contractual value on a monthly basis until a notification of cancellation is received.

After the Term, the machine is yours to keep.

1. Failed Payments: If you fail to pay the Monthly Fee when due, Kaffeina’s automated system will reattempt again until successful for two consecutive days.

You will have to pay the appropriate Termination Fee as set out above if the termination takes effect before the end of the Term.

2. Amendments: We may at any time amend the terms of this agreement by notice on the website or by email to you. Where an amendment could be reasonably expected to adversely affect you, we will give you reasonable notice of the variation having regard to the nature of the amendment. If you can demonstrate that the proposed amendment will have more than a minor detrimental impact on you, we may either delay or waive the amendment or offer you the right to early termination of the agreement without incurring additional fees or charges.

3. Price Changes: We may increase prices during the subscription period. If the prices increase you will be notified by email before your next order is processed. 

4. Terms of sale also apply: Your subscription offer will also be subject to our Terms & Conditions of Sale, which are available at  https://www.kaffeinagroup.com.au/pages/terms-and-conditions (as amended from time to time).

5. Security checks: To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we reserve the right to validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. We also reserve the right to perform a credit check. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made.

6. Privacy: Kaffeina collects claimants’ personal information in order to conduct the Offer. All personal details are kept in accordance with the  Kaffeina Privacy Policy. https://www.kaffeinagroup.com.au/pages/privacy-policy

7. Not transferable: The Credit unless stated to the contrary are not transferable & cannot be converted to cash.

8. Australian Consumer Law: Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the machine fails, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. The equipment comes with a 12 month warranty.

9. Tampering: Kaffeina reserves the right to terminate the subscription plan if any individual tampers with the subscription process. Tampering includes but is not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to avoid payment of the fees owing under this subscription.

10. Technical malfunction: If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Kaffeina which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, Kafefina reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the Promotion.

11. You cannot skip shipments without prior approval from Kaffeina.

12. If the item you have subscribed to is out of stock, Kaffeina reserves the right to substitute with a similar item.
