Our specialty (single) coffees are roasted from the highest-quality green coffee beans to their greatest flavor potential. All our specialty coffees are free of defects and have a distinctive character in the cup, with a score of 80 or above when graded according to SCAA Standards.
If you would like us to grind your coffee for you then just add a note. We have spent a lot of time selecting and roasting these beans and always recommend grinding your coffee fresh at home to get the most out of your coffee experience.
