This revolutionary moka pot extracts the very best from the coffee.
It’s the combined result of technological research carried out by illycaffè to enhance the flavour of its blend, and the experience of Alessi. The design of the special water chamber is based on the work of the illy laboratories. Its unique internal shape allows the coffee extraction to be interrupted at just the right moment to ensure perfect dispensing. This means the sensory characteristics of the coffee are fully accentuated.
